My therapist was Lilia instead of Urmi, but she made me feel comfortable straight away as well as being welcoming, efficient and knowledgeable.

I had to wait for an hour for my treatment, the product used was minimal and I was overcharged by 5 pounds

Therapists argued in another language about my eye lash lift for quite a while whilst I had my eyes covered. I was never told what the issue was. This was disconcerting. The lash lift result was also very subtle compared to other treatments I have had elsewhere
