Awful experience was left waiting for half an hour even after booking an appointment . No apology or explanation. They were seeing walk-in having eyebrows done all the while I was left waiting! Awful waxing had to do it myself at home as most of the hair hadn’t been done as she was in such a hurry , wax was too hot burnt my leg . Shall never return absolutely awful waste of money

Rubbish, Hair grew back after 3/4 days-didn’t wax properly just broke hairs off.Also Used same stick to wax.Not clean.
