Laura is an absolute superstar! So kind and chatty, such a pleasure to be around. She shared advice on how to look after my skin in general and recommended treatments to help with my skin. I'm getting married in 3 weeks and she was very honest about my skin. I had nice and relaxing time. I already have my next treatment booked and I'm looking forward to it. The owner of the store was rude, made snarky comments for my profession and made me feel really unease from the beginning of the treatment. Comments like "I don't know what to do with you" made me feel very unhappy. The products used were from The Body Shop so I would rather stay at home for this price and quality...
