It was my first time I have tried Microdermabrasion. I have a sensitive combination skin, and my face seemed to have a reaction to the treatment (well, I panicked too early - that turned out to be normal).
Laura was very considerate & took my concerns seriously after I emailed her. She organised two brief follow-up sessions just to check the condition of my skin.
Glad to report that my face looks great now & I will continue having facials with Laura!

Laura was really lovely and put me at ease when having my first ever radio frequency facial. She explained everything she was going to do and made me totally comfortable with the whole process. She was really friendly and definitely made me want to book with her again.
