Haircut fine but not exceptional. Too busy for good customer service and took twice as long as it should have, due to them not checking their booking system. Wouldn’t go again.

The atmosphere was very welcoming and the staff were friendly. They would triple check to see if you're okay. Ella was quick with cutting and blow drying my hair. When she was busy, the staff smoothly helped her out. She took her time to wash my hair and even added extra care.
