It was clean and they seem to have everything that is needed. I think that they did everything they could to relieve my back pain. I can tell that it has worked for now. The only negative point is that I don't think that the massage last 30min but somewhere closer to 20min. However I might be wrong or misunderstanding what the service was for (30min massage or 30min overall session)
