There was a problem with my booking through Wahanda - Vervana had not received confirmation of it at 4pm on that day so I turned up and did not have an appointment. They were really apologetic and offered me the first available which was on the following Tuesday. I got a call at just gone 4 and they said they had had a cancellation that day at 5pm so to come back. It was great customer service, and my nails were done really well. Would definitely recommend
