The location was great (minutes away from the tube), the staff were friendly and helpful and the place had a calming ambience. The beautician who did my gel manicure was so thorough and my nails are still going strong! I've had so many compliments and although it was meant to be one off treat I see myself going back again soon!

There was a problem with my booking through Wahanda - Vervana had not received confirmation of it at 4pm on that day so I turned up and did not have an appointment. They were really apologetic and offered me the first available which was on the following Tuesday. I got a call at just gone 4 and they said they had had a cancellation that day at 5pm so to come back. It was great customer service, and my nails were done really well. Would definitely recommend
