Excellent experience at Vervena West Hampstead Salon, staff was very professional and the wax was quick, efficient and relatively painless. The aesthetician was very professional and provided excellent service.

I visited Vervena today, and found the staff friendly and helpful. I went for a CACI facial. The results were immediate, and the staff had good knowledge of what would work for my skin type.
It was cancelled last minute and I was only offered a credit note. Very poor customer service I need from you.

Fantastic little salon, with great quality service and equipment.
I was petrified of doing laser hair removal, but enduring waxing pain every 4 weeks at a high cost, just had to change! Vervena use Soprano Laser machine, and to my surprise - NO PAIN! it's super quick, and of course some places you feel a bit more sensitive, but overall, I would say it's a lot less painful than waxing! The girls there are very professional, and certainly made me at ease with the treatment, and answered all questions I had.
