Didn’t have a consultation or anything to ask about my skin or problem areas on my back. I know I booked an express facial and a back, neck, and shoulder massage, but I’ve never felt so rushed in my life. The full time wasn’t used properly. The face mask was dumped on my face carelessly, and I left with mask residue on my chin. The massage felt rushed and wasn’t relaxing at all. The room wasn’t clean, and a child was screaming next door. The therapist kept leaving and coming back.

Christina was very helpful and gave useful tips for what to do post-massage to feel the benefits which I hadn’t been told before so it was good to learn something new! The massage was very good and I felt a lot better afterwards.
