This was the second time that I have visited Vervena and unfortunately I am not sure if I will go back after my most recent experience.
The lady who did my nails was lovely (very chatty and friendly) and extremely attentive, spending a lot of time on the manicure. However she pulled at my cuticles so much that they bled. It was painful and they were sore for a few days after. I was also worried about infection.
They look OK now (2 weeks later) but not sure I will go back due to the pain!
