I have been to Vervena before, always a great experience and quality treatments delivered. In this case the treatwell booking did not work as it didnt show the up to date availability, on my arrival the girls could not fit me in for the treatment. This was definitely an error on treatwells part as Vervena had tried to get in touch however the treatwell cancellation email was not sent until several days after.
Microdermabrasion
Overall very good manicure - they use Gelish and not Shellac and I prefer Shellac. Otherwise the therapists paid attention to every detail.
Gel Nails Manicure
This was a very good deep cleaning facial that included extractions and has left my skin feeling great. I would have liked to have known more about the products the therapist was using on my face and also some advice/tips for future skincare would have been helpful.
Classic Facials
The beauticians here are so fabulous. I have been going here for years.
