when I arrived, there was a sign in the window saying a treatment was in progress so I had to wait outside in the pouring rain until someone came! ridiculous! inside, the staff were very sweet. BUT, during the waxing, the lady had to constantly blow on the hot wax before she could apply it...(she did this throughout the entire waxing)... & the wax was very stringy where I had strings of wax left on me at the end of the session. on top of that the wooden spatula was constantly more than double dipped, so unhygienic. the wax result was good but not a pleasant experience that I would undertake again.
