Alice did my massage treatment and it was AMAZING!!! It was just the right amount of pressure and was sop relaxing that I almost fell asleep!
Alice took the time to ask if there were any particular areas that I wanted her to focus on making it a very professional experience.

Very good manicure, friendly staff, but being next to the stairs and elevators in the hotel felt a bit cheap!
Brill experience, had an amazing time with the beautician who was really personable and helpful with any questions i had and made me feel v. comfortable.
Manicurist was lovely, but the manicure wasn't up to the standard of what I've had in the past from other places.
Very friendly staff and clean service! Was really happy with my manicure but I would really prefer if they had more colours to select for shellac manicure!
