Nicole did my underarm wax and was fantastic. I arrived very early on the off the chance that she may be able to squeeze me in before my actual appointment time and she did. Very accommodating and a very thorough job, thank you!
The only slight thing I would mention is that the low level lighting in the room makes it difficult to tell if all of the hairs are out so maybe a few lamps could help?

Lovely beautician and a warm ambience. Location of hotel and lay-out are not perfect but the salon itself is great. Will definitely return.
