I got the times wrong for my appointment and they were so helpful and accomodated me so that I could still have my appointment for when I had actually sopoosed to book! Brilliant service. Thanks!
Ebony, the therapist, was really lovely. Although she'd never used hot wax on underarms before, she was very happy to try and did a great job of it.
The only thing that stopped me giving it 5 stars was the fact that I was kept waiting for about 20 minutes as they were under-staffed.
Definitely recommend it though and will go again.
I have had the same facial in other places and so knew what to expect. Unfortunately this did not meet my expectations. The rooms seemed clean however, as it is located next to the gym I could hear the loud music from the gym during my treatment which did not help with relaxation. The therapist kept the lights on for most of my treatment despite telling me it would only be for the first few minutes. My skin felt smooth after the treatment however, it did not feel cleansed. I offered to take my makeup off before as I had brought some cleanser with me but was told it would be removed during the facial. When I looked in the mirror afterwards my eye makeup was still on so it can't have been cleansed thoroughly. Overall, disappointed and glad I didn't spend full price.
I liked the spa facilities, but not sure if I would recommend it for a pedicure. the staff was super nice. But I wasn't quite happy with the pedicure.
everything was perfect and I've been treated very nicely! the service was good and the place amazing .
