My mum and I loved this place. Therapist (Carly) was lovely and did a great job. The spa area was small but ideal - steam room and sauna and luxurious shower facilities, huge shower heads and quality body wash and moisturiser. Only improvement we could think of was having somewhere comfy to sit in between steam room and treatment etc. It's next to the gym but no-one was using the gym so luckily we had it to ourselves. I'd definitely go back.
The venue was great, very easy to find. I felt relaxed the minute i walked in. Staff were very friendly, it was very clean and i had a nice steam to relax before my massage. I was give a clean towel/bath robe. My therapist was lovely. The bed was really comfortable and the massage was wonderful ! I would love to go back with another offer, as very expensive otherwise. Worth every penny !
I have to say this venue was lovely from the minute i walked in there to the minute i left ! It was very very clean. there was a small gym and a sauna and a steam room. I used the steam room which was a great way to relax before my massage. The therapist handed me a clean towel and a robe and there was body lotion/shower gels and cream to use if you wanted to. The massage room was lovely, very calm and relaxing. And the bed was one of the most comfortable massage beds i have ever been on ! The massage was wonderful, the pressure she used was just right. It was a truly wonderful massage and i would love to go back again if there were any more offers as very expensive otherwise. Nicole (the therapist) did give me a £10 voucher off for next time which i might be tempted to use. Well worth it though !
Really nice small spa area built into the hotel basement. Good sauna and steam room and a choice of regular shower or one that sprays you from all sides. These facilities are really nice and clean, and have standard relaxing spa music piped through... the only real issue here is that the hotel gym leads off the same lobby as these facilities and on our visit it had pumping up-beat gym music playing that could also be heard in the spa area! Just one treatment room, but it's a good size so you don't feel crowded. I had a massage and my husband got a facial on the same day and we were both very pleased with our treatments. Not best ever, but well above average. Great value on the Wahanda offer we go, and the regular pricing looked reasonable as well.
The staff is nice but the parking is nightmare and not that easy to find if you drive. The facilities is nice at the hotel standard. The massage is good. Just would be better if the staff provided more information about how to get there before hand.
