We originally booked our treatment at baker street branch, unforunately the staff was sick during the previous treatment and we had to cancel our booking at this branch and moved to this branch for our treatment which is almost 2 hours later. The treatment itself was so far so good, and i was ok satisfy with the management's solution on that day. But the sauna and stream room i found it a little bit disappointing as they are not actually that clean. The owner of the spa could be more polity when dealing with my refund for the parking fee.
The massage was bought for me by a friend and I throughly enjoyed my experience. The receptionist Dawn really went out of her way to accomodate me as I was only visiting the UK for a few days and needed to have the treatment at a very busy time (the Christmas period). The massage was amazing however, the music in the room was strange. This is my only complaint. The friend that bought this for me also has a voucher and I have told her how amazing the treatment is. Next time I'm in the UK I'll go back!
