Toni was nice enough but this was one of the worst waxes I have ever had. I loved coming here before& was a regular. Since the management change& the letting go of perfect staff - Nicole. It's gone drastically down hill. Wax was too hot& it dripped everywhere.It felt rushed& as if she was embarrassed to wax me. She actually told me whilst lying there half naked, that she prefers other treatments to waxing. She got wax stuck to me,added more&had to yank it all off which hurt& made me want to walk
