First time ever having anything done to my lashes. Bing was lovely and checked I knew the difference between the LVL lash treatment I had chosen and lash extension. After her giving me the information I decided I wanted the LVL treatment.
We did the LVL treatment but unfortunately my hair type didn’t work well with the LVL lash and the effect wasn’t as dramatic as it’s suppose to be (not Bing’s fault at all)
Bing is a complete perfectionist and actually offered me lash extensions at no extra charge because she wasn’t happy with the results on my lashes. She didn’t want me leaving the venue having paid money without the desired effect. This is something she didn’t have to do but offered out of the kindness of her heart.
I will definitely be returning because Bing’s work is great and I know she will make sure I’m leaving satisfied.
Would 100% recommend to visit her 😊
