When I arrived I greeted with a smiling face and felt welcomed. My coat was taken and I was offered a drink. We discussed how I wanted my hair blow dried and was then lead to the basin to have y hair washed where I had a lovely scalp massage. The end result was lovely and it stayed like it for several days. Would definitely recommend. Thank you
