I recently visited your spa for a 45-minute massage, and I wanted to share some feedback regarding my experience.
While I appreciated the quality of the massage, I noticed that my session started later than expected. My appointment was scheduled for 10:00 AM, but since the spa opens at the same time, the therapist needed additional time to prepare, which seemed to reduce the actual massage time.
As a result, I did not receive the full 45 minutes of service.
