The facial felt rushed and whilst it is express, I was expecting exfoliation step and moisturiser after the collagen mask was removed. Normally the therapist indicates the steps. I appreciated my request for extraction being met. Then the failure of the card machine to work leaving Dana with no alternate solution was inconvenient because I had to go to the ATM. She had no other help, which aurora spa needs to rectify, one individual doing everything takes away from the treatment experience.
