I was off on holiday and needed to book a last minute mani. Luckily Charis cane to the rescue. My nails were in really poor condition from having picked off gel previously and Charis offered me lots of tips and advice to improve them and took her time making them look fabulous. She went over and above to make bad nails look fabulous! Lisa

I came to Aurora for a skin consultation as I wasnt sure which facial to opt for, as soon as I entered I was impressed by the calming atmosphere and chic looking salon, everyone was really friendly and my consultation was very professional and thorough, Charis viewed my skin with a special Wood light device and was able to pinpoint my needs, I have booked in for the facial this coming Saturday and very excited to be back!

The lights were on full during the whole massage and the room was very cold. The massage wasn’t very relaxing as there wasn’t much oil used so it felt a bit dry and pinchy and focused a bit too much on my bottom rather than my back. The scalp massage was very strange, it was like a hair wash without water or shampoo, very rough, quick and shaky. It’s such a shame because this place looks so professional, very clean, it has a nice modern design and the staff’s customer service was faultless.
