Dona was truly exceptional. Technically gifted, listened to what I was after, made an appropriate assessment and met my needs perfectly. Highly recommend Dona, and also commend her to her employers. I would suggest that the owner/s of Aurora (I am assuming that’s not Dona but it may be) to bring in a front of desk staff member or a second practitioner so as not to pressure the beautician whilst working— Dona did this well though seems unfair to her. Well done and thank you, Dona and Aurora.
