Aurora customer service is exceptional, every member of staff I have encountered has been so helpful and cheerful. From the moment that you step in the door, there is an air of calm and relaxation. They don't rush, explain everything in great detail and carefully answer any questions. I would not hesitate to recommend!

Aurora clinic is amazing! The staff are brilliant, kind, supportive, and offer quality care and skin/beauty wellness solutions based in their medical training in addition to beauty and wellness knowledge. Honestly couldn’t think of a more highly qualified team. I’ve been in a number of times now for facial treatments and I’m always glowing for weeks and sometimes months afterward. The team does amazing treatments and while they do offer a skincare line they don’t push it! Highly recommending!
