I ran late for my appointment but Yoana still managed to accommodate me with your usual bubbly personality and made me feel at ease. She worked quickly and with the finest products while giving me advice on treatments for my upcoming wedding. I'm already booked in for a full body wax in 6 weeks' time, and I wouldn't think to go anywhere else! Cheers, Yoana! Always a pleasure :)
