I have been for many facials over the years but I can honestly say this facial was one of the best. Yoana created a warm ambiance and made me feel relaxed and comfortable from the start. The quality of the products, holistic approach and knowledge imparted took my usual facial to the next level. I was literally floating for hours post facial. I will be back and plan to purchase some of the divine products.

Best facial place ever! The customer service is amazing. They have helped me with so many skin insecurities from hyperpigmentation, blackheads, whiteheads, mild acne. 10/10! Highly recommend. They have fixed my skin completely, I am ever so grateful!

Used to go at Aurora Chiswick but since Yoana change the location I am travel all the away to Gravesend . I had very bad acne and acne scars for more than 6 years. Take me over 3 months to complete the course of treatments but now my skin is clear and healthy as never before. Recommending this clinic to everyone with acne and acne scars.
