The best facial that I have had!! Yoana was fantastic about advising me on how to manage my dry skin. I left the salon with my skin absolutely glowing. Very happy and I will definitely be returning!

This would have been a 1 star review if it wasn’t for Donna. I had a beautiful manicure with her and she is a credit to her profession. My pre holiday bikini wax didn’t go ahead, payment taken 3/08 and confirmation & reminder. I fly tomorrow! Disgraceful booking management & communication. Thankfully Donna was there to do my manicure, and she was so lovely & apologetic for something that was not her mistake. I still have no refund. This is a chain of salons & they are not interested.
