The Pestana hotel is our choice when we travel to London it has a great location and the staff are always helpful and friendly and go above and beyond to help. My first time using the Spa and it did not disappoint. It was wonderfully relaxing atmosphere the staff were helpful and friendly and gave you space and time to enjoy the facilities as well as providing treatments which again was lovely and relaxing. I will defiantly be booking again next time I stay there.

They make you pay upfront and then burnt me badly with the wax. Had to fight for a refund which they eventually gave me 2 hours after burning. Of course , I Don’t recommend

This is a hotel spa for residents and others. The sauna can fit about 4 people if you get intimate. The steam room had plastic seats, two of which were out of order. The spa itself was over full. There were not enough loungers to sit on. The pool was very small with 4 people in it, it felt crowded. The towels smelt like rancid oil. The facial itself was OK. no explanation of what they were doing, took place in a lounger near the pool not in a treatment room so was very noisy. Tiny changing room
