Staff arrived late, seemed uninerested. Asked zero questions prior to starting treatment ref pressure or any areas of concern. All felt a bit non personal. Facilities were very clean and generally the spa area was pleasant.

The massage was great, Yoana was lovely. I feel like the poor staff had a lot to deal with, with the music not working and employees not turning up. Overall a great experience, would go again
