Facial was lovely, skin feels plump and fresh. Massage pressure was a little light and too much oil used; the therapist didn’t ask before or during the treatment if I wanted more/less pressure which was surprising.

Good spa but the sauna wasn't working and we weren't warned prior to visiting which was disappointing. Kids allowed to jump about on the pool reduced the relaxed atmosphere

San was the highlight - really lovely therapist. The spa itself is small but cosy, they do not have a steam room however there is a sauna, plenty of towels and the staff are welcoming.

We booked facials for three people on a Saturday afternoon and were welcomed by San. She was delightful. Despite being the only therapist there at the time, she calmly treated each person with the same level of skill and attentiveness. My daughter loved the thoughtful conversation, the massage San also provided and the level of skill she used. What a wonderful experience it was - San you are a STAR
