After botching up a home highlighting kit, I entered the salon thinking that the only option was to dye it all one block colour. Chloe was amazing and put me at ease. She was careful and considerate and walked me through each step of the process to make sure it was how I wanted. The result was absolutely amazing, she is now the only person I will let near my hair and never again will I use a home dye.
