My nails were done lovely the therapist asked if I would like to have a different colour on one nail. I accepted for a change. When I paid i was shocked that they charged an extra £5 as I had a different colour on 2 nails. Why? On returning to have the gel removed I tried to use my £5 gift voucher I was given as a Christmas gift from the salon I was told I had to spend over £30 it didn't say that on the card. Nails were great but disappointed by both visits customer service wise. Shame
