Horrendous. Took an hour to remove my lashes, in which about 4/5 times the remover got in my eyes and she refused to wash it out with water so I was just sat there in pain, wondering if I’d be able to see when I opened my eyes. Half way through asked if she could move me to another chair, to which I refused. Another client had a child running round, touching my hair.. generally awkward atmosphere. Started off using bits of paper not even stuck down under my eyes, which she quickly dismissed, so it’s no wonder it all leaked and was so traumatic. Cheap in price you pay for it in other ways - hopefully not my sight. Never again.
