Sadly when I walked in I was told that this app had booked an app without the staff knowing and that she couldn't cut my hair. The hairdresser was rude and clearly v stressed but the customer service was shocking.

The whole experience at the saloon was pretty good. Iwona is very kind and made me feel comfortable and I really like the treatment - my hair looks and feels smooth and shiny!
