I trusted treatwell because I have used them before in central London where I work. As I have been working from home and recently moved to a new area I thought of checking salons on Treatwell with good ratings. As I paid for my appointment at avani beforehand I didn't have much option but to trust the hairdresser that she knew what she was doing. I don't think she had ever done balayage before- the colour is wrong, technique was incorrect - I am getting the whole thing corrected at another place

Absolutely the best cut and salon experience I have ever had. I have frizzy, curly, thick hair, and I've never been more happy with it. It was so good I called my Mum and told her I would take her next time.
