The junior stylist with blue hair was very friendly and efficient. I don't usually like getting my hair 'trimmed' by new hairdressers as i come out with most of my hair gone but this lady made it very bare able and cut off the correct amount. Hair wash water could be a little warmer
Unfortunately for me they were a stylist down. I was dealt with by An extremely quiet, under confident girl, she was sweet but I'm not convinced she had any formal hairdressing qualifications. She couldn't regulate the temperature of he water at the basin & repeatedly sprayed my face with water -although oblivious to it. She struggled and failed to give me a very basic trim, 2inches off the back and about 2cms off the sides while completely missing my layers!
Thankfully the stylist who'd realised my concerns came over to 'check' the cut, quickly and efficiently trimming my layered ends. She was very nice, chatty and obviously experienced. If she hadn't have intervened, this would have been a very scathing review. If she'd cut my hair in the first place this would have been a far more positive review.

I had booked for a hair up. The Junior Stylist I was assigned was attentive and understanding to my requirements.
Great friendly professional experience and loved the results! Would definately reccomend ! Great time lovely salon and will be coming back for my next treatment soon!
Lovely salon with fantastic staff.
Slight confusion with the booking but they went out of their way to ensure that I could still have my appointment so really appreciated that.
Very happy with my hair - great advice. I will definitely be going back.
