Fabulous 30 minutes, head and shoulder massage made the blow dry even better

I was in Liverpool for the new year, so I booked my appointment last minute. I really enjoyed my experience. The ladies were lovely and chatty! I had a blow dry and then my hair curled with straighteners (as my hair so naturally straight) it looked amazing!! And it lasted until past 12am.. defiantly go back when I next go to Liverpool.

Absolute waste of money, they had ran out of hair pins, so my hair was not pinned how it should of been and fell out 5 minutes after leaving. The blow dry was not good and didn’t last. I spent £38 pounds which is expensive for a blow dry and I was not impressed at all. I won’t be returning.

Amazing service from Tom & Kelsey. Debenhams staff were absolutely appalling - while I appreciate the store was closing, there was no need for how they treated Tom & Kelsey and how they made me feel whilst at my appointment. All I could hear was them rushing and giving demands to Tom & Kelsey. Tom & Kelsey done everything the could to put me at ease however; this was not possible with the treatment from the Debenhams staff.
