Lovely products, gorgeous head massage during hair wash and fabulous blow dry. Only suggestion maybe proper cups for the tea rather than plastic? Not really a Criticism though as whole experience-was lovely.

Was expecting a lovely treat to be honest. I have to say that my Hairdressers at home are better for customer service,shampooing and conditioning (massaging the scalp). If you like long nails scratching your scalp,you’d enjoy it at Aveda!!!!! I always get offered a tea or coffeee there too and although Aveda stated that they offer it,I was only offered water in this miniature cup! I won’t be returning in a hurry!
