There was confusion about my appointment time so I was left waiting for about 20 minutes before anyone came and spoke to me. My stylist was no longer available so I was assigned to a more senior stylist (for the same price) it was a great haircut but I probably won’t be able to book with the more senior stylist again as he is much more expensive!

Loved the service! Got served refreshments before the treatment. Staff was incredibly calm and helpful. There was only a slight problem with the payment, cashier took some time to find the amount to pay, maybe because I booked through the Treatwell app.

Loved it! Would have loved a slightly longer hand massage, but the colour is dreamy
