Unfortunately appointment was cancelled by Aveda as they explained new talent was fully booked. Disappointing as Greta seemed to have more than 10 available slots on Treatwell for the day. Was offered alternatives but at a much higher price.
There was a mix-up between Treatwell and Aveda which resulted in me having to come back later in the day after having already waitef 20 minutes at the venue. This was inconvenient. However, Aveda offered a complimentary facial and some complimentary facial/hair products as a way of apologising for the mix-up which was well done on their part. Quality products and quality services. Slightly pricy but one pays for quality and ambiance.
