Haircut in my lunchbreak. Prefectly looked after. Was only having a light trim but happy with the result.

It was good an relaxing. There were runing late but were very apologetic. Overall good service, it was very relaxing but would have preferred it if it was a little longer...
They don't have their booking system linked to Treatwell so my appointment was cancelled, very annoying.
Kiyo cut my hair and did an AMAZING job! I haven't been this satisfied with a haircut in years (I think it's the first time in 9 years in London). Thank you SO much. Even though I bleached it two weeks ago and came in looking like straw, there's nice bounce and movement to it now! Everything about the experience was lovely, it was so relaxing. The complementary massage, the shampoo, the ayurvedic tea, and just the general atmosphere. All of the staff are truly superb. Will come back again and again and try different treatments.
