Really lovely visit. There was some confusion with my booking, but this was sorted out quickly. Valentina was very caring and made sure I was comfortable and relaxed. The products were lovely and my skin felt great after.
Great treatment, mel the practitioner was hilarious and delivered and I have fantastic toes!!
I booked a last minute haircut which was confirmed by Treatwell and the salon, then got a call about 30mins before the slot that they had double-booked and given the slot to a walk-in. The lady on the phone was apologetic but looks like this has been a common problem from the other reviews.
