Unfortunately I wasn’t able to get the treatment. After booking online I started to make my way to the salon from south London where I live. roughly half way through London I received a phone call from the studio saying they can’t see me for the appointment I booked (which was suppose to be in the next40min). The lady apologised and said the next available appointment is in a weeks time.... I lost an hour trying to get there and then had to turn around and go back home I also lost the promo code which was added to the booking. Very disappointing considering the venue and how professional they perceive themselves.
Aveda treatment was great and I was greeted straight away and taken to the spa - unfortunately they didn’t check that I had booked additional treatments that weren’t in the system so didn’t experience the threading
