I will not be booking with Aveda again, my original appointment was rescheduled due to a booking error, which then ran late. Therefore making me late. I then assumed like all other Treatwell bookings that I had pre paid and no one at the salon made any attempt to take payment or advise me this was not the case. So not till the following afternoon I was hassled repeatedly every five minutes by a mobile number asking for payment which I then called the landline number straight away once I’d realised I needed to make payment. I was not comfortable handing my card details over the phone to an unknown gentleman on his mobile. I would not recommend this salon, the prices are far too high for the lack of quality customer experience you would expect to receive in comparison to other salons I’ve been to in London.
