Ladies' Haircut & Blow Dry
I had a fantastic experience at Avenida. I came in for a wash, cut and blow dry. Soumaya was very friendly and informative and helped me decide the best cut for my hair. We had a great chat so the time went by really quickly. I left feeling confident about my hair and very happy with the service so I would definitely recommend.

Disappointment really - appointment started 40 minutes late after being rearranged by 30 minutes. Haircut is rushed and poorly done. Offered complimentary massage but due to a 3pm meeting, not possible. Offered a week to come and get haircut fixed. Not happening. No offer of a discount for delay or rushed haircut. Never checked the length. Rushed softening ends. Rushed layering. Dirty floor. Not happy from start to end. Won't be going back. Will need to get fixed elsewhere.
