Disappointment really - appointment started 40 minutes late after being rearranged by 30 minutes. Haircut is rushed and poorly done. Offered complimentary massage but due to a 3pm meeting, not possible. Offered a week to come and get haircut fixed. Not happening. No offer of a discount for delay or rushed haircut. Never checked the length. Rushed softening ends. Rushed layering. Dirty floor. Not happy from start to end. Won't be going back. Will need to get fixed elsewhere.

Needed a last minute appointment on NYE and was so pleased with my experience. Hair looks great!

It was great experience, Soumaya was lovely, she gave me best shoulder and head massage before cutting hair. My fringe is now light and the hair was so beautiful for the evening. Salon was clean and also got some water. And it’s close to my home so probably I ll come back soon.
