Very slow experience - my appointment booking hadn’t come through on their system and the slow service resulted in my being late for a following appointment.

The colour used was not good, when I asked if the colour was transparent she said no and completed my manicure and it was Transparent! Instead of removing it to reapply she painted over the top with another colour. Dissatisfied, I felt rushed to choose a colour and ultimately unhappy with the result.
