It was a good experience! However, the person who did my shellac manicure, managed to leave a very large gap between the start of my nail and the polish. It looked like the shellac was about a week old when I was done.

I booked in an appointment for 415 and they did not take me for my treatments until 5pm. The venue has poor cleanliness standards and the staff are rude. It was disappointing start to finish.
